Fujifilm is going to be bringing 40MP sensor to this camera, along with its 6.2K30P, so that will certainly be nice. The price is going up to $1700 and a lot of other things stay the same. All in all a reasonable update.

Update: Looks like this camera will be announced on February 20th and start shipping before the end of the month.

So we have more clarity on the specifications now compared to the current model:

Sensor: From 26MP to 40MP
Processor: From X Processor 4 to 5
Maximum Electronic Shutter Speed: From 1/32,000 to 1/180,000
Video: From 4K with 30FPS and 1080P with 120FPS to 6K with 30FPS and 4k with 60FPS

Much else appears to be the same. The autofocus will likely be improved on account of the newer processor. So really it's the sensor and the video specs that should make you want this new model.
