The M3 MacBook Pros came sooner than we were expecting.
As usual for Apple the different chips are available in different models:
In the presentations Apple compared the M3 to the M1 and often pointed to a 40%+ improvement (as much as 65% at times). We're guessing a real world improvement of 15%+ as compared to the M2 chips but we will have to wait and see the benchmarks to see how close our guess is.
The 13-inch model is now gone (good riddance!). The 14-inch and the 16-inch MacBook Pro can have the new M3 Pro and M3 Max chips. The 14-inch model has the option of the base M3 chip now.
There is a new space black color now and it actually looks pretty good.
