New 2022 Apple TV Rumors

The last Apple TV was launched in May of 2021. There have been lots of hints that the updated 2022 Apple TV is coming soon.

Here is what is expected in this new Apple TV:

• New and better remote
• Faster (better processor [A14?] and more ram)
• Possibly lower price point (we weren't expecting this one)
• Same appearance/case as existing Apple TV

The new Apple TV has been announced:



Key specifications:

• A15 Bionic chip
• HDR10+ support (in addition to Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG)
• Two models: Apple TV 4K (Wi-Fi) with 64GB of storage and Apple TV 4K (Wi-Fi + Ethernet) and 128GB of storage
• Releasing on the 4th of November, you can get Apple TV 4K 64GB for $129 and or $149 for the 126GB model
• USB-C charging on the Siri remote
• No internal fan
• Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0
• 4K at up to 60 Hz
